It is a real product sold through its own website, with a published returns policy. But the ads promise more than a cloth can do. Buy it for light marks, with the right expectations. ### Has Which? tested NanoPolix? Not as of October 2026. In Which?’s tests of car scratch removers in general, the products worked on shallow scratches in the clear coat, and none worked on deep scratches. ### Will the result wash off? It depends on the mark. Which? washes each tested patch up to five times, and with some scratch removers the scratch came back after the first wash. The cloth is reusable if a mark comes back. ### Is it safe on my paint? The seller says it suits all paint colours. Because it polishes the surface, use light pressure on a clean area. The seller advises testing a small, hidden spot first, especially on matte, wrapped, older or repainted paint. ### Which scratches can it fix? Marks in the clear coat: scuffs, paint transfer, fingernail marks around door handles, light swirls and hedge scrapes. If your fingernail catches in the scratch, or you can see primer or bare metal, the damage is deeper than a cloth can polish out and needs touch-up paint or a body shop. ### What will I pay? Packs are priced per cloth at the seller’s UK checkout: 2 cloths at £17.48 each (£34.96), 5 at £15.73 each (£78.65), 7 at £13.98 each (£97.86) and 10 at £12.23 each (£122.30). Delivery is £6.95, £7.90, £8.95 or £9.90 by pack size, so the 2-cloth pack comes to £41.91. The checkout also ticks a £4.99 extended warranty, which you can untick. Prices correct on 12 October 2026; the seller can change them, so check your total before you pay. ### How long does delivery take? About 24 hours to process, then 7 to 12 business days to the UK, with tracking by email. Delivery charges are shown at checkout, before you pay. ### Can I get a refund? There is a 30-day returns window from delivery. Contact the seller’s support for approval first. Change-of-mind returns must be unused and in their original packaging, and you pay the return postage; the original delivery charge is not refunded. A damaged, faulty or wrong item is replaced or refunded in full. The seller handles returns and refunds, not nanopolixguide.com. ### How do I use it? Wash and dry the area, rub the cloth over the mark in small circles with light pressure, then buff away any residue with a clean microfibre cloth. Repeat gently if needed rather than pressing harder. Gloves keep the compound off your hands. ### How many uses does one cloth give? The seller describes it as reusable for several small repairs. How far a cloth goes depends on the size and number of marks. Fold to a clean part of the cloth as it darkens. ### Who am I buying from?
